Born and raised in Des Moines, Tom is a proud Iowa native with deep roots in the metro area. He attended high school in Urbandale and graduated from Johnston before earning his BS in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. After more than 24 years leading innovation and operational excellence in healthcare IT, Tom now brings that same strategic mindset and client-first approach to real estate-helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with clarity, confidence, and care.

Tom lives in Grimes with his wife Jennifer, owner of Iowa Functional Health and Des Moines Weight Loss, and their two Mustang kids who attend Dallas Center-Grimes schools. Having lived in Urbandale, Johnston, Clive, Adel, Dallas Center, and Grimes, Tom knows the metro like the back of his hand-and he's passionate about helping others find their place in it.
